We treat every donation as responsible money. We track: number of kids supported, meals served, kits delivered, and we store photos + attendance.
Financial Transparency
We log pledges, preferred payment methods, and follow-through. We keep an internal audit trail of sponsorship interest, distribution events, and cost drivers (food, transport, kit).
Sponsors can request: attendance counts, photos, and programme summaries for CSI / CSR reporting.
